To register your company in France or abroad, respond to calls for tenders, open a bank account or for other fiscal, administrative or official procedures, the Clerk of the Commercial Court or the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Embassy, Consulate, Notary or any other legal professional may require that you produce sworn, certified translations of your articles of association, Kbis (official document attesting to the legal existence of a company), Certificate of Company Registration, Balance Sheets, Profit and Loss Accounts, reports, mission statement, etc. signed and stamped by the Sworn Expert Translator affiliated to the Appeal Courts and other Courts.

For certain countries, additional legal formalities may also be required (such as the signature of the Sworn Translator legalised by a Town Hall, Notary or Chamber of Commerce and Industry) when your translations have to be endorsed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Consulate or Embassy.
