Legally certified translations are produced and certified by experts appointed by the French Cour d’Appel (Court of Appeal).

Translations of this type are required by law for all official documents, such as contracts, legal verdicts, diplomas, civil registry certificates, driving licences, company registers, articles of association and so forth. Only legally certified translations are accepted by courts, institutions and foreign authorities.
